Our Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning service is designed to leave properties spotless, fresh, and ready for their next chapter. Whether you’re preparing for final inspections, welcoming new tenants, or moving into a new home, we deliver a detailed, top-to-bottom clean using eco-friendly products that get results without harsh chemicals.

Pricing

• $50 per hour
• Minimum booking time applies (based on property size and condition).
   

Every property is different, so we assess the size, condition, and requirements during the quoting process to ensure the correct amount of time is allocated.

Whats's included (list not exhaustive) 

Our move-in / move-out cleans typically include a comprehensive clean of the entire property, including:

• Full cleaning of kitchens, including:
  • Benchtops and all surface areas
  • Cupboards and drawers (inside and out)
  • Sink, splashback, and stovetop
  • Ovens
• Thorough bathroom cleaning, including:
  • Showers, baths, toilets, and sinks
  • Grout and tiled areas
• Cleaning all bedrooms, living areas, hallways, and laundry
• Wiping down all walls (spot cleaning as required)
• Cleaning skirting boards and window sills throughout
• Internal and external window cleaning 
• Vacuuming and mopping all floors
• Removing rubbish and placing bins outside.
   

Important to note

Move-in / move-out cleans are more detailed than regular cleans and typically require more time. The total duration will depend on the size and condition of the property, and all inclusions will be discussed and agreed upon during the quoting process.
